• Standard turnaround time is a minimum of 1 week

• Turnaround times may vary while traveling
• Video content is not guaranteed and is provided at the photographer’s discretion based on the dog’s behavior, comfort, and engagement during the session
• Clients are permitted one reschedule per session, subject to mutual agreement between the client and photographer
🚫 POLICIES
• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made
• RAW images will not be released
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to photography equipment during the session
• By booking, you acknowledge and agree that you may appear in behind-the-scenes content and/or footage captured during the session
• By booking a session, you agree to all terms and policies listed above
‼️ BOOKED DOG COUNT POLICY ‼️
When booking a photoshoot, clients are reserving time and availability based on the number of dogs included in their booking. If fewer dogs are brought to the session than originally booked and paid for, the difference will not be refunded, credited, or applied to a future session.
The reserved time and availability are allocated specifically for the scheduled appointment. Any unused spots resulting from bringing fewer dogs than booked will be forfeited. Additional sessions for omitted dogs will require a new booking and are subject to availability.
By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
