📅 TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Full payment is required to secure all bookings
• Standard turnaround time is a minimum of 1 week
• Rush delivery is available for a $100 fee (subject to availability)
• Turnaround times may vary while traveling
• Video content is not guaranteed and is provided at the photographer’s discretion based on the dog’s behavior, comfort, and engagement during the session
• If the photographer determines the dog and/or handler is uncooperative during the session, the session may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon date and time
• Clients are permitted one reschedule per session, subject to mutual agreement between the client and photographer
🚫 POLICIES
• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been made
• RAW images will not be released
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to photography equipment during the session
• By booking, you acknowledge and agree that you may appear in behind-the-scenes content and/or footage captured during the session
